Nick Dokich

Nick Dokich

Founder & CEO

Nick, is a serial entrepreneur interested in all things People Ops. He caught the entrepreneurial bug at an early age of 12, selling energy drinks from his backpack. Since then, he’s accumulated over 12 years of management experience, 7 years of leadership development/training, and 3 years in technology/automation. Being a millennial, he was normally the youngest in the boardroom. After automating over 60,000 working hours and $1.2 mil saved through his efforts, he now works directly with front-line employees and executives to automate their HR processes and Talent Management.

Shane Sarin

Co-Founder

Shane is an undergraduate Economics major at UNC Chapel Hill who is involved in the Entrepreneurship Minor at UNC. He started his first company when he was 16 which utilized Uber like technology, and has worked for multiple startups since then, helping them build from the ground up. Shane has also had 5 years of experience leading development teams offshore in India, and has acquainted himself with the various responsibilities that come with that interaction. In the end Shane has joined Ulimi to work on a platform that can make an impact in an industry that needs change.

Kurt Wells

Co-Founder & COO

Kurt brings nearly 25 years of professional experience to the team; spending many years in outsourcing, workforce management, human capital/employee development and the staffing industry. Kurt has been a part of several M & A due diligence and consultation teams. In addition to Kurt’s staffing experience, he founded and co-founded several companies in the management and automated technology industry.  Kurt spent many years in central Florida and now resides with his wife Carol of 23 years and their three children in Cincinnati, Ohio. 

Doug Goodwin

Vice President Strategic Partnerships

Doug is focused on helping companies achieve and sustain relevance. He is passionate about removing the roadblocks that keep people and organizations from achieving their dreams and goals.  Doug’s ability to connect disparate data points to create a vision of what is possible and the drive to take action fuels his success.  As a life long resident and staunch advocate of all things Cincinnati, he joined Ulimi to make a positive impact on the workforce challenges facing the region.

Kristopher (KC) Dixon

Kristopher (KC) Dixon

Director of Operations

KC might say he has seen his professional life filled with a craving for more knowledge and experiences. Starting off running his own fabrication company, he then spent some time working as a Mechanical Engineer with Goodyear Tire and Rubber. From there, he took some time to travel and work jobs in the service and retail industry. Now at Ulimi, he finds this diverse set of work and personal experience to have a huge impact on helping to empathize with anyone with whom he interacts.

Jill Bundy

Artificial Intelligence Development Intern

Jill is a graduate student majoring in Computer Science at Northern Kentucky University where she also obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Biology. Prior to working at Ulimi, she worked in the brewery/distillery business as a quality assurance lab technician. While collecting and organizing complex datasets in a large database her interest in computer science was piqued, and she decided to take the plunge into working in the software development field. Currently at Ulimi, she works with others to develop Alexa/Google skills and create other client applications. In her spare time, Jill enjoys gaming and listening to live music.

Jake Stinson

Jake Stinson

Software Developer

 Jake is a senior computer science student at NKU focused on integrating voice-first development principles into existing technologies, as well as pushing the boundaries of what can be achieved with voice alone. After spending several years in enterprise IT roles, he joined on with Ulimi to try and challenge the workplace norms within IT and Human Resources, changing them for the better. A problem solver by nature, Jake is happy to take on any challenge you throw his way – never “no”, rather “let’s find out”!

Conversational Design Intern

Cara is a student at Drexel University studying International Business with a minor in Spanish. Studying business has allowed for her to see the success that comes from a startup that is driven by passion. Seeing the opportunity to get in on a groundbreaking industry, she jumped at the opportunity to work on conversational design with the Ulimi team. She hopes to take her experience with Ulimi and use it to look at business problems through the lens of AI technology during her future career.
